Daphne Leroy is a purpose-driven strategic advisor and senior executive with extensive experience guiding transformation, brand growth, and influence for some of the world’s most iconic global media, marketing, and social impact organizations.
Daphne’s seasoned career spans marketing, communications, strategy, and corporate social responsibility at Paramount Global, Viacom, MTV, Time Inc., National Association for Multi Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), The Paley Center for Media, and The Ad Council, where she led enterprise initiatives across brand reinvention, organizational positioning, and stakeholder engagement.
Her professional background is grounded in governance, service, and philanthropic leadership. Whether mentoring students or serving on the Boards of the Fiver Children’s Foundation and the Haitian Roundtable, Daphne is deeply committed to community impact alongside business excellence.
A native New Yorker, Daphne serves on the Marketing Advisory Board for the Department of Marketing and International Business at the Zicklin School of Business at her alma mater, Baruch College. In 2023, she was honored with the prestigious Alumni Changemaker Award for her exceptional leadership, innovation, and excellence.
In 2025, Carib Biz Network named Daphne one of its “Ones to Watch” among Caribbean American entrepreneurs. Cablefax Magazine has recognized Daphne as one of the industry’s most influential executives, and Cynopsis Media honored her with a Top Women in Media Award in the Innovators and Disruptors category.
